Because all items sold on 3D Asset Hub are digital downloads, we follow a strict refund policy to ensure fair use for both buyers and sellers.
1. No Refunds for Downloaded Products
Once a file has been downloaded, it is non-refundable. You are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- The file is corrupted or does not open in supported software
- The product description is significantly misleading
- Duplicate purchases made by accident (within 7 days)
You must submit a refund request to 3dassethub@3dassethub.com within 7 days of purchase with the following:
- Your order number
- The product name or URL
- A clear explanation of the issue
3. Ineligible Cases
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Software incompatibility or lack of knowledge
- Purchased by mistake but downloaded
- Products being “not as expected” without valid reason
4. Anti-Abuse Notice
Refund abuse or false refund claims may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
3D Asset Hub reserves the right to revoke access to previously purchased products in confirmed cases of abuse.
