Important: All sales are final for digital goods. Refunds are only available under specific conditions listed below.
1. Digital Products Disclaimer
All products sold on this website are digital download items (e.g., SKP models, bundles, collections). Once a purchase is completed and the download link is delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Therefore:
- No returns are accepted without valid reasons
- All sales are final once the files have been delivered
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- The download link is invalid or inaccessible
- The files are corrupted and cannot be opened or used
- The downloaded files are not consistent with the preview or product description
- Duplicate payments were made
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide your order number along with screenshots of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- The buyer is unable to use the files due to lack of knowledge of the software
- Files that have been successfully downloaded and used without any issues
