2. Subscription Terms

• Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

3. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a sustainable and fair environment for all users and creators, 3D Asset Hub reserves the right to monitor usage and may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of:

• Automated, bulk, or excessively frequent downloads

• Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or misuse of content

4. Termination

3D Asset Hub may terminate or suspend your membership under the following circumstances:

• Violation of platform terms or applicable laws

• Suspicion of copyright infringement or abusive behavior

• Unauthorized use or misuse of downloaded assets

5. Disclaimer

A membership grants you a license to use assets per our terms but does not transfer ownership. All intellectual property rights remain with the original creators. Assets are licensed under a royalty-free model for personal and commercial use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
