All products sold are digital download items. Once purchased and delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Therefore:

• No returns are accepted without valid reasons
• All sales are final once files have been delivered

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

• The download link is invalid or inaccessible
• The files are corrupted and cannot be opened
• Downloaded files don't match the preview or description
• Duplicate payments were made

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and screenshots of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• Inability to use files due to lack of software knowledge
• Files that have been successfully downloaded and used
• Change of mind or accidental purchase
