2. Account Registration & Membership
To access certain features or download premium content, you must register for an account. As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All assets provided on this site are either:
- Uploaded by verified contributors under the assumption of originality and proper licensing; or
- Collected, curated, or created by the Made Design team with careful legal scrutiny.
However, 3D Asset Hub cannot fully guarantee that every uploaded asset is free from third-party intellectual property rights.
We act in accordance with DMCA procedures. If you are a rights holder and believe any content infringes on your IP, please contact us, and we will take appropriate action.
🔒 Prohibited Uses:
- Reselling or redistributing any downloaded item on other platforms (e.g., marketplaces, sharing sites).
- Claiming ownership of any file or asset.
- Using content for illegal, defamatory, or offensive purposes.
💥 Violation may result in account termination, legal actions, and a claim of compensation up to 5x the original membership value.
4. Membership & Payments
Membership grants users access to selected premium content for a fixed duration. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- You did not download any premium asset.
- There is a technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved within 5 business days.
- In cases of confirmed fraud or mistaken double charges.
No refunds will be granted for misuse, accidental purchases, or download-related complaints once content has been accessed.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Post or share misleading or infringing content;
- Attempt to breach the site’s security;
- Abuse download limits or membership privileges.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
3D Asset Hub provides assets “as-is” and does not guarantee compatibility or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the content.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
